Eight days before I was supposed to close on the sale of my home, it burned to the ground.
What happened next changed the direction of my life. My Realtor did not just manage the transaction. She walked me through the ashes, pulled in the right people, and showed up every single day until we came out the other side. She was not just an agent. She was a guide. And I knew, in a way I could not ignore, that this was the work I was meant to do.
I left a 20-year career as a C-level executive, packed up my two boys, and moved from the Bay Area to Denver. Starting over was terrifying. It was also one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I work with Denver families who are ready for the home that holds the life they are building. Not just more space. The right home for the family they are becoming, the chapter they are stepping into, and the financial future they are committed to. I created the Move to Joy Method specifically for this moment: a Human Design informed process that helps couples get clear on how they each make big decisions, align on what truly matters, and move forward with both financial confidence and genuine excitement about what is next.
Real estate is one of the most powerful ways to build wealth. I take that seriously. And I believe the home you choose should be a wise financial decision and a place that brings you real energy and joy. Those two things are not in conflict. Finding the place where they meet is exactly what I do.
If you are ready to take the next step, I would love to send you a copy of the Move to Joy Method Guide — a free resource that walks you through my process and helps you get clear before you ever start the search. You can also learn more about how I work at movetojoy.co.
